Windows 10: black screen when alt tabbing out of game

ever since I did a windows update when i alt tab out of a game the screen goes black on my monitors I've checked my refresh rate and graphics thing and nothing is fixing it, it was fine right before doing the update I've searched online and YouTube and nothing has helped

Windows Update 1803 Causes Black Screen while alt-tabbing/launching games

im playing Rainbow Six Sieges and alt tabbing it for a second. the game black screen, but i still hear the game running.

and while launching PUBG Lite, the game black screen but when i hold alt tab (alt tab preview), i see the game is running.

please help. all the updates are installed, Intel gpu driver and nvidia driver are up to date.

Nvidia Geforce mx130

8GB DDR4

1TB HDD

 

Black screen when using ALT + TAB in games

I've just freshly installed Windows 10 on my PC, but for some reason when I play games and switch apps using ALT + TAB it shows a black screen for few seconds. Is there a fix for that?

My specs:

i5 3570k

GTX 1050 2gb

12gb ram

 

alt tabbing increases system performance?

Skyrim doesnt work correctly you alt tab, but if you alt tab to it again while the screen is black, it loads up with the windows cursor over the top. If i repeatedly do this, eventually it fullscreens properly without issues. Slightly weird.
