    Black screen when playing Microsoft Mahong and Microsoft Solitare


    Computer goes to blackscreen--shutdown power---when playing Microsoft games. Tried resetting Microsoft sign in/out, troubleshooting, but it still goes to blackscreen. Recently contacted your support team and basically did what I already did again to no avail. Uninstalled games and reinstalled but still happens.

    Loading Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Mahong

    When I try to open Microsoft Solitaire/Mahong it takes FOREVER TO LOAD. Never had this problem before.

    Microsoft Solitare Collection Issues

    I tried all of the steps here which prior to this I had reset the Windows Store as well as Microsoft Solitare Collection so I did it again by first trying steps 1 & 2 but this did not resolve the problem so I also did the other steps in your instructions
    and this did not resolve the issue either. Every time I open the app after a fraction of a second it crashes my computer. I am thinking of refreshing Windows but I would like to know if you have other suggestions instead.

    Microsoft solitare

    All I want to do is play solitare not sign in every ten seconds. Why when I select to play as a guest the sign in window keeps re-appearing. Drives me nuts! does microsoft always treat its "guests this way?"
