Windows 10: Black Screen with cursor after login

Good day, I really hope someone could guide me to a solution.

I have a fairly new Dell G5, with a SSD running the OS (Win 10 home), and important apps. Everytime I restart, or shut down or any form of normal boot up, the Notebook starts quickly, up to the login screen. After login, the screen is black, with a mouse cursor. It takes about 5 minutes from login, then suddenly the desktop is normal as if nothing happened.

Here is what I already tried:
1)Start in safe mode does not replicate the issue, it starts without issue in Safe Mode.
2) I have turned off Fast Boot
3) I have runned sfc /scannow without any issues
4) When pressing Ctrl Alt Del, the Task manager does open, and Ive tried to run a new task explorer.exe as administrator, but no luck.

At the moment, it feels like the only option for me is a clean in 10 installation, although I REALLY dont want to do that. My Windows updates are on, and all is up to date.

Any ideas perhaps?

Black screen no cursor or login


My Samsung laptop is technically switched on in the sense that it has power, however when I switch it on there is no login screen, no screen with the samsung logo, and no cursor. No matter how many buttons I press or how often I switch it on and off, it remains the same - black, power but nothing else. Any advice?

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is

• Windows Logo Spinning Circle
• Black Screen spinning Circle
• Login
