  1. Black Screen with cursor and graphic glitch

Hi I would like to ask an assistance about my current issue. I will write all the details and changes i made completely.

I scanned my PC using windows defender and it has detected a threat Trojan.Html brocoiner rfn. I deleted it and scanned again using adware cleaner. After cleaning the threat, adware cleaner asks for a restart and I restarted it.

After restarting, it says windows ran into problem and will automatically restart in one minute. And turns into an infinite restart loop. I searched a solution.

    First i followed this video

    https://youtu.be/fhHBdBD_92A

Then restart loop still persists. Then the last one is booting into safe mode.

Right after booting to safe mode, restart loop ends and it seems to be working fine. Now i go to C:\windows\SoftwareDistribution folder and deleted its contents. After restarting, it now shows a black screen, i can move the cursor with loading circle and it vanishes every 5 seconds. Black screen also has small square on left side that looks like a distorted graphic.

This image shows the graphic glitch and loading cursor.
