    BLACK SCREEN WITH FLICKERING TASKBAR


    As you have read the subject........


    my PC is stuck in a black screen with a flickering taskbar. I have tried opening task manager using several methods but it would not open. I have tried to uninstall previous updates but still it did not work. When i try to keep it in safe mode it continous to say please wait forever. I have also tried to reset my pc with keeping the files but still it would not let me reset my pc, it would say that reseting pc with keeping files is not possible please try factory reset.


    i have searched several video and articles but still would not work......... I am hoping to find help here.

    photoshop cs6 black screen flickering issues

    For all those people who face this error please find below the easiest solution for this error.

    1. First of all click on the Catalyst Control Center.
    2. Now click on ‘3D Application Settings’.
    3. All you have to do is change the ‘Wait for Vertical Refresh’ option to ‘On, unless application specifies’.

    If you are not able to fix the issue using the steps given above and wanna try some other effective methods visit : Windows 8 and Photoshop CS6 Black Screen Flickering
