Windows 10: Black screen

I was checking to see if my computer could run W11, and so it eventually led me to enabling my TPM. When i was in that menu screen, i enabled fTPM, which i assumed was what i needed to do. Now my monitor doesn’t connect or turn on with my computer, and its just black
