Windows 10: Black Screens

I built a new computer a month or so ago and recently it has been acting up. After I login into the computer and i click on chrome or the search tool the computer turns on a black screen and then loads everything in. I checked to see if I needed windows updates and I did but then i got this error "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: 0x80070570"
