Windows 10: Black Window on my Desktop

Hey everyone! So a few days ago I noticed a small thing on my desktop. I thought it would go away in time, but it never did. Until today I tried messing around with it and it turns out I can expand it. It is all black on the inside and I can see no way to close it. As you can see in the pictures it has a normal windows border. I run an antivirus search and restarted my computer a few times to no avail. I also made sure my drivers are up to date. Lastly I Had no programs running at the time. Any help? Thanks in advance!

• Did you get any error messages or error codes?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try to check if the "Show Windows Background" option is turned on. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings in the Start menu.
• Go to Ease of Access, then on the left side, click
  Other options.
• Turn on Show Windows Background and check if it works.

Black screen after Windows update.
