Ongoing 'Driver Power State Failure' Bluescreen on SB

Hi,

I have posted previously regarding this issue but did not get any response. The 'Driver Power State Failure' bluescreen, however still persists following some minor updates recently. Frequency of bluescreen occurrence has reduced but still happens once in
a while. Such issue usually happens after abnormal communication between the screen and performance base, e.g. failure to recognise USB devices (still able to charge them), unable to use keyboard and touchpad, 'lactch failed to open' error.

Could anyone suggest a solution to this issue? I fear this may eventually damage the device.

I realize that you get “Driver State power failure” error on your PC. I will try to help you with this issue.

  Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
  

Unplug all external devices connected to the PC and restart the computer to check if the issue reoccurs.

Suggest you to boot the PC in Safe Mode to check if the issue persists. Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. It can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC. For example, if the problem doesn't
happen in safe mode, you'll know default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue.

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

You may access the computer manufacturer’s website to download and install the latest chipset drivers along with other drivers available on the website for the computer. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
