Windows 10: Blackshark v2 PRO 2023 no stereo sound after windows 11 upgrade

Hi! I recently bought a new PC, had the mentioned headset paired via Bluetooth, and had 2 separate channels. One for Stereo sound, the other for hands-free, which is noticeably lower quality. With the upgrade to Windows 11, I've lost those options, there's only 1 device, and I can notice by the sound quality that it's the hands-free one. How do I go back to Stereo sound on it, I'm completely lost, and the sound quality is so much worse compared to the stereo sound I used to have on Windows 10.Thanks!

Windows 11 unable to detect my new Razer Blackshark v2 microphone

Windows 11 is unable to detect my new Razer Blackshark v2 microphone. This new Razer headphone works ok on another Windows 10 laptop but not on my Windows 11.

My older headphone works ok on my Windows 11 laptop, this means my 3.5mm sound jack is good.

I have reinstalled Windows 11, but still no luck.

Can someone please help.

Razer Blackshark V2 mic not working

So as the title explains, my blackshark V2's mic isnt working. Ive updated all drivers, went on razer's site and downloaded firmware for the sound card. Ive done everything i can think of and still nothing. Sound comes out of the headphones just no sound is heard through the mic. My pc sees the mic is there, just isnt notices the sound when i speak.
