Windows 10: Blank Lock Screen

I have encountered a problem on startup after a Disk Check, which I suppose may be causing the issue. When I turn on my computer, Windows starts as normal until I get to the lock screen. I dismiss the lock screen to enter my pin and there is no profile picture or password/pin input box as there normally would be. I still have the three network, ease of access, and power buttons in the bottom right of my screen. Periodically, the screen goes to the highlight color of my system purple, in this case and has a loading circle in the middle for around five minutes or so, before going back to the lock screen. I have tried restarting the pc around 20-25 times, and nothing has changed. I also can't seem to access safe mode, as my pc shuts down completely and stops receiving keyboard input, therefore I'm technically not holding shift anymore. I did remove the graphics card, boot the system with the integrated graphics on the processor and re-install my graphics card beforehand, but don't believe that that may be causing the problem.

We appreciate your response and the screenshots you provided! Since there's nothing wrong with the power options, we suggest that you check the screen saver. The screen saver might have been set to "Blank" with a timer of 1 minute. If it's set like that,
simply change the "Blank" to "None". Here are the steps on how to change the screen saver settings:

• Go to Settings, then click Personalization.
• Look for Lock screen, and select Screen saver settings.
• In the Screen saver drop down, choose None.
• Click Apply, then OK.

Once done, you can also restart your computer to make sure that the settings has been saved. Observe your computer and see if the issue persists.

• Are you getting any error messages before getting a blank screen?

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.
