Windows 10: BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb

When i boot my PC i get the error message BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb I have seen many different solutions and heard many different things about this error but i have an issue i haven't seen anywhere else, my keyboard and mouse have no input. Please someone help me fix this asap!

From Windows side you can try follow the step below:

1/ Create installation media and plug on device.

2/ Select Command Prompt and type the following commands, then press Enter:

Bootrec / fixmbr

Bootrec / fixboot

Bootrec /rebuildbcd

3/ Close the Command Prompt window, then restart your device.

Some community members reported that they turned off secure boot from bios menu and this solved the issue.
