Windows 10: Blocking of unstalling or reinstalling of my Sims2 game.

My Sims 2 game started to crash recently so I wanted to uninstall my Sims2 Double Deluxe app and want to reinstall it to see if that fixed the problem, but when I went into my settings to uninstall my game app I got a message that said I was blocked and could not uninstall it from my computer. What's going on? Did someone take over my system? What the heck!

I can't reinstall my previously installed games!!!

It appears that you're having an issue installing your previous games after reinstalling Windows 10. We would like to know if it is only happening when you're installing your games or is it also happening when you're installing an app from Microsoft Store.

Meanwhile, we suggest clearing Windows Store's cache by performing these steps:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe then hit Enter.
• Restart your computer.

• Log in to https://familysafety.microsoft.com/ using your Microsoft Email account.
• Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows that you are having issue with.
• Click on "App Restrictions".
• Under App Restrictions, click on "App list".
• Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want.
