Windows 10: Blue background

Hey guys, my laptop has a blue background all of the sudden. Apparently this came after it might have updated last night while I was asleep. I looked at the forum on here telling me to turn off my sync settings but.. It won't let me change my sync settings. I tried restoring it, using the DISM and the SFC System File Checker but nothing seems to be working. I even tried to restore the system but not even that worked. I need help guys.

Wallpaper (background) color

  Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
  

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

Further you may also want to ensure that default theme is selected. Follow these steps:

  Press Windows key + I to get the Settings screen.

  Click Personalization and select Themes.

  Click on Theme Settings to select Windows Default Themes.

Background applications

Hi Robert,

We understand that you don't want some apps to run on the background of your computer. What we suggest is to
control which apps are allowed to run in the background. To see which apps have permission, just follow the below steps:

• Open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings.”
• Click or tap the “Privacy” icon in the Settings.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select “Background apps.”
  
• You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an “On/Off” toggle.

Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
the background.

• Press Windows Logo Key + I. Then click on Personalization.
• Click on Background to change it.
