Windows 10: Blue border around my internet browsers active windows

Hello,


I have blue border appearing around my active browser windows in Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer (first screen shot). It does not appear in Edge.


The border stays even in full screen mode (second screen shot).


If the windows are not active, like clicking outside of the window, makes the blue border disappear (third screen shot). If you click again inside the window, the blue border reappears.


I have Windows 10 Professional.


Any ideas how to make this blue border disappear?

Blue border randomly appeared around active Internet browser window

I have a Surface Book.

I was browsing the internet and all of a sudden the "Attached" message appeared on my screen (like it normally appears when I reattach my tablet) even though I had not moved my computer (it was sitting on a flat surface). All of a sudden the active window
in the internet browser had a 1px blue outline. This appears in Chrome, Edge, etc, and only on the window I have open and no matter if I restart the computer/app/whatever.

Can I make them go away? Why did they randomly appear?

 

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?
