    Since yesterday ,9/20/2023 I've been having this issue. The last windows update was on 9/13/2023. I did restart 3 times and even shut down completely and rebooted and it did not fix this issue.I have 3 monitors.On my Main Display only the cursor has a blue circle just to the right of the cursor. That blue circle is not present if I move to one of my other 2 monitors.ALSO, my mouse cursor is not acting properly. The positioning is off. I not have to click above or below something to select it or to the left of something vertically to select it to make excel spreadsheet cells wider.My mouse
