Windows 10: Blue Question Mark on D Drive

Hello,

About a week ago I found that Steam and all of my files that were on my HDD were unavailable. They gave this error prompt when selected:


When I proceeded to check on my D Drive I found that I could not access it:




After going onto Device Management I found that it apparently is not initialised and any of the options to initialise it are invalid:




After this I decided to look at my SATA cables and see if any problems were there. I found nothing so I reconnected everything and when I turned on my pc again it was visible and accessible.

However after restarting my pc today I have found that the same error has occurred.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

D Drive- Blue question mark

Hi, I attempted to open/save to my thumb drive. However, my D Drive suddnly does not show; rather there is a blue question mark appears next to D:\\. Does with all thumb drives I attempt to open. Can you please advise? Thank you.
