    My HP laptop had been working fine up until a couple days ago, when it randomly blue screened. I guess there were some warning signs of sorts in the form of Firefox tabs crashing somewhat often, but I didn't know what to think. Until today, when my laptop blue screened again. I ran the Memory Diagnostic Tool and once it was done, it told me that there was some kind of issue with the computer's memory and that I should contact the manufactorer.

    I am in no position to buy anything to fix this and I am really not tech savy. I just know some very VERY basic things. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    blue screen issue


    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

    strange issues (black screen, blue screen, and freezes)

    Memory or PSU gets my vote......although the 8800GT is getting alittle long in the tooth now.....but I'll stick with my 1st 2 suggestions.....get into the bios and check your voltage on your +3.3/ +5/and +12 lines and list them here.
