I'm computer challenged so layman terms for me please.

Turned on my computer. An update started, then a blue screen saying ASUSTEK EASY FLASH UTILITY thing came up.

It says CHECK SYSTEM ERROR then says PLEASE PLUG BATTERY THEN PRESS ANY KEY TO FLASH BIOS.

Trouble is I press a key and nothing happens.

I have nothing on my screen except this blue message with a padlock in the top right corner. No icons, nothing.

    Can anyone help please

    :)
