Windows 10: Blue-screen con errore STOP-CODE

hi there i have a Blue-screen with STOP-CODE error . I have windows 10 installed .For sure it comes out after the fu....ing windows updates !microsoft will be the cause to crash my PC !!!! with their ****...ing updates.so can you please guys tell me how to solve the problem ? I have problem even to know how to do a safe mode start !! byePietro

as well.
