Windows 10: blue screen crashes whilst streaming videos or playing games. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124...

HI all, whenever i stream netlix/prime video or play certain games i get a blue screen error and The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 0x0000000000000000, 0xffff8e0b365d4028, 0x00000000be000000, 0x0000000000800400. ive tried loads of sulutions but none seem to work please can somone help me

Crashing (no BSOD) while playing games 0x00000124


I get random crashes usually while playing more graphics intensive games but sometime out of the blue. I've had multiple crashing problems ever since I've had this compute but It hasn't inconvienced me much. I upgraded to windows 10 and it seems to pretty much only crash while doing graphic intensive things such as playing GTA V. However, I usually don't get a BSOD. I'll get a solid color (typically red) or just a reboot screen.

It sends the error code:
0x00000124

I've attached the crash files.
some specs that aren't listed on my profile:
Storage: Samsung 120GB SSD and a Seagate 500GB hard drive
Wifi: TP-Link something ask if you want details
PSU: 500 watt cooler master
Cpu cooler: Corsair water cooling (so overheating probably isn't a problem *Tongue)

 

System Reboot for Bugcheck 0x00000124


Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a MSI laptop (GT72VR 6RE), and upgraded Win 10 version from Home to Pro. Performed the upgrade as soon as I fired up the laptop for the first time.

Last couple of weeks, while working on Google Drive (via Chrome) the computer will suddently lock up, and after couple of seconds reboot.

Checking Event Viewer, it shows the following events:

• The previous system shutdown at 4:48:27 PM on ‎5/‎09/‎2016 was unexpected.
• The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

• The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\ENE0110\5&14353508&0.
• A corrected hardware error has occurred.

It has happened twice so far and that has me bit worried.
Previous one had the following bugcheck error:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff800765cd8b8, 0x0000000000000000, 0x00000000000000a0).

Would really appreciate if someone can point out anything.

It is a brand new laptop (couple of weeks old). And both the times when it crashed, I was using Chrome (google drive, or writing email etc), wasn't playing games. The CPU/GPU isn't overclocked either.

Sudden blue screen and crash during gaming - Event 1001 bugcheck

Out of nowhere today i have received 2x blue screen and reboot during gaming, I checked the event log and got the following message:

Is it graphics card related?
