Windows 10: Blue screen error -Critical Process Died

Short - My system is restarting again and again and shows Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you. long - Today when I started my laptop after a week I was not able to log in with my pin it showed incorrect pin, there was other option of login with password I tried that but I had no idea what my password was so I reset my password. But when I tried to log in with that password it showed your system is offline try last password you used. So I tried all password I could remember. Finally one password worked which

I have a blue screen of death and the error code is critical process died. Can't get to anything but cmd prompt. The scan cmds and repair cmds don't help.
