Windows 10: Blue screen error while clean installation

Due to numerous blue screen error every time, so try to clean install windows 10 on my computer. While i install i got error or blue screen error. After many times . finally i install OS. Then it went to loop of BSOD. my friend say it maybe due to corrupted or faulty hard disk. So i change from 1TB HDD to 240GB SDD. then i tried to install OS but in halfway of installation it went to blue screen error. Please sort out my problems

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
