Windows 10: Blue screen if left unattended

Hello. Recently I frequently get blue screens when I leave my computer inactive for 30 minutes to an hour. Also, on rare occasions, it freezes while browsing. For some strange reason this has never happened during a game. When I check the stop code, it is often "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION", but sometimes it is "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION". In the latter case, the failed message is indicated as "win32kfull.sys". I have tried various methods such as BIOS updates, driver updates, memory diagnostics, and disabling the auto sleep function, but nothing has solved the problem. I am pasting the specs an
