    Blue Screen info needed

I have had a blue screen pop up the last couple days and it is nothing like I have seen on any earlier Windows Op Sys. It has a message at the top that goes something like "Your PC has a problem and needs to be restarted" and below this is a bar appears that shows the percentage of something. There is more below this bar but I have panicked and forced a shutdown via the case button.

Is this a normal blue screen for Win10?
Both times after I panicked the computer started up normally and I cannot see a problem and an online virus scan passes OK. *Redface

    Educate me please.
    I

    :)

  2. Blue Screen issues in Windows 10 before Log in

Hi. I have gotten some blue screens lately. I get something like 4 blue screens ever month. this is not that type of blue screens that kill my pc and make it not accessible. it just like a random reboot but with blue screen before
the reboot. it would be nice to fix this problem.

Here is the blue screen info (a post did say u wanted this to fix): (removed it. because i don't like my info laying around online. ask if you need it)

    Original Title: Blue screen

  3. Blue Screening. Need help info is provided

I am an idiot, i forgot to say that the blue screens started happening after i took out a 4gb of ram that my friend lent me as my other two rams were sent away to be tested for other blue screens that are now fixed. They were then replaced and i had 3
4gb ram in for about a week. I took my friends ram out and next day i started getting the IRQL BSoD so this might be the issue relating to the first link. Also relating to the second link, yesterday (Sunday) i reinstalled by graphics driver so wont that intern
    reinstall the display driver?

It is nice to know that is a Blue Screen problem and not malware. Thanks.
The instructions in the link posted above need to be changed to tell those of us who rarely run in a administrative user profile that the file will be on the desktop of your Admin profile even though one runs the program on a standard user profile desktop.

Bugcheck 19 can be hard to track down the driver corrupting the pool headers. I would recommend running the Driver Verifier (built-in) in Windows. Select Create Custom settings > Select (Special Pool and Pool Tracking) > Select driver names from a list > Sort by Provider and select all non Microsoft drivers. This should help track down the driver causing the BSOD.

I had to Google to find where the verifier was and then followed your instructions. I opened verifier again and selected Select Display information about the currently verified drivers. Two showed as being enabled; “Special pool” and “Pool tracking”. There was one driver never loaded, “dump_diskdump.sys”. After clicking next a page showing “Global counters” came up”; most of these numbers change occasionally. After clicking next, I found the “dump_diskdump.sys” counters and all the values were “0”.
I am over my head here. While waiting for a reply I am going to run the SFC.
    Thanks again.

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Please uninstall Malwarebytes using their uninstall tool and reinstall Malwarebytes using a fresh downloaded installer.

The dumps looks a little bit incomplete, but that is expected with a minidump *Smile

I will get to this some more later today. We will be busy this AM and I have a must do rather soon project when we get back.

I started to go through the Taskmaster startup stuff a bit and found some that can be removed as unnecessary and lusb3mon.exe is a duplicate of a MS file BUT some of these startups are for programs I use daily like F@H and my calendar program. Do you mean to remove them temporarily so as to check for a problem or permanently?

FYI~~~This blue screen has occurred three times in about the last 3-4 weeks. The first two times I panicked as soon as I seen the download (?) percentage rolling with a forced shutdown and then run an online A/V check. This site let know that it was a Legitimate Win10 blue screen.

I will use the Malwarebytes uninstall tool as directed; I usually use Revo Uninstaller as it does a good job looking for left over files and registry stuff.

After uninstalling Malwarebytes and installing it and doing the required restart the blue screen again. I started MS outlook and Firefox; Fx seemed to freeze just after looking at my leftmost tab and tried to start Ping Plotter to see if I had a net problem then the blue screen. This time since it was a normal MS function I let It run and there was a note saying that there was a "DPC watchdog violation".

I started another thread that I cannot see how it is related to this problem as it started after this problem had been going for a while; but well you know

I'm waiting for you to upload a new zip.

For most of the BSOD at least a dump is required for analysis, else we'll troubleshoot in the dark.

I mean permanently, see my previous post why *Smile

Both crashes are network related crashes.
Please temporary remove Networkx as a test, remove Malwarebytes temporary as a test, check Gigabyte for network driver updates or reinstall the network drivers and check Gigabyte for BIOS updates.
