    Blue Screen Issue


    Wondering if anyone is able top help me out. I bought a pre-built PC a few months ago. I've used it 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week for work without any problems. Since I finished work for Christmas I've been doing some gaming and I've run into a couple of blue screens. I've been playing fairly old games, nothing demanding. I've not played for long periods of time and temps were low at the time of the issue.

    I've run memory diagnostic which didn't return any issues and I've checked all of my drivers are up to date. BlueScreenView shows both crashes to be caused by hal.dll with an identical bug check code - 0x00000124

    Any information anyone's able to provide that could point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

    • Could you please provide the make/model of your laptop?
    The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
    in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
