    I have a hp notebook laptop I can post product name ifi need too so when I game every so often I get a critical process died error and sometimes it only after a while and sometimes if after a little bit and my computer is health as a ox I checked tbh and I scanned for malware came up with nothing don't have third party security and I used to have system service exception but I disabled a service that was causing it but they love to appear while I am doing roblox specifically I cant download the app from Microsoft from a previous post saying I couldn't downloadfrom it so I use the desktop version from the ssite and every so soften it will happen and sometimes it will happen more and more and I use it a lot and Id like help making sure that it doesn't crash with critical process died with the id kernel power issue in the event log oncei n a blue more it might appear as same id and as kernelinpage error but it stopped rn but its the critical process died and it seems when I have too many background processes and it seems to sometimes trigger it but I tried a stress test and it passes both and used diganostics too and ssaid its fine and lots of things that they try and tried resetting and fresh starting idk what to do and ijust want to be able to use discord and roblox again and chrome or discord usiingmy edge browser so plz help.. sometimes the critical appears outside of it once in a blue moon when I do a lot of things or few things such as discord and on the site idk...

    In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

    1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
    2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
    3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?

    A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

    Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

    Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

    Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

    I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
    Power Event ID 41     and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

    Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
    Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
    and check if that helps.

    My HP Windows 10 computer gets the blue screen of death after I boot up and says critical process died and keeps rebooting and doing the same thing currently rendering my computer useless.

    BSOD since 23/07, Critical Error Kernel Power- event ID 41

    Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.
