Windows 10: Blue screen of death, locked out of WinRE.

I used a different wireless mouse with my computer than normal. On next startup, I was met with the blue screen of death. I got different messages each time, but they all had one thing in common, a driver issue. It has to have been the mouse driver. So, I tried to get into WinRE in order to delete the driver. But, WinRE did not open up. I met every condition required to open it short of actually doing it through Windows 10, because I can't get into it. Can someone tell me why WinRE won't work?
