Windows 10: blue screen of death multiple error codes

hi all,


i purchased this computer that was upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 pro LEGALLY. I get the blue screen of death with error code E:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\LOGFILES\SRT\srttrail.txt. I also get error 0xc0000001 and error 0xc000000f. ive been getting these errors for about 5 months non stop as soo as an up for windows 10 happens or if i shut down and restart. i have tried to fix with auto repair and get the unable to fix. i tried backing up no backup point ive tried command prompts. ive reinstalled windows but it never fails as soon as one of the great win10 updates happens or comp gets shut down right back at it i go. i have contacted microsoft multiple times getting pretty much nowhere with them. i have contacted company i got comp off of. not the best results there. if anyone can help me out with this please do bc my mind is just about fried from doing this over and over again. ty ray

NMI Hardware failure occurs due to multiple hardware malfunctions. To determine which hardware caused this error is difficult.

Critical process died error leads you to blue screen error. However, I would suggest you try the steps mentioned in the link below and check if it helps.

I would also suggest you to go to the Device Manager and install the latest drivers for each of the corrupted drivers. However, this can be a lengthy process.

Follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

2. Expand each driver, right-click on it and select Update Driver Software.

Reply back if these doesn't fix your issue, we might have to check your systems dump files.

Blue screen of death, don't remember the error code


Hi all! I received a blue screen of death recently, however, I wasn't able to jot down the error code. I did; however, attach a copy of the BSOD zip file for review.

Please let me know what you guys think it might be. *really
