Windows 10: Blue Screen Of Death Problem

I am getting a blue screen of death for the past 7 days whenever I wake my laptop from sleep. This only happens when I try to wake ut up after 25-30 mins at least. if I immediately try to wake it up after sending it to sleep, it wakes up normally. It has occurred some 5-6 times till now and it always occurs while waking from sleep, it never occurs when I am working on my laptop. Note that sometimes in place of the BSOD a grey screen or black screen appears after waking up from sleep. Note: It all happens before login and I need to press the power button to re-start it every time.I noticed the
