    Blue screen of death when attempting to print


    It’s widely known that with the recent update there have been printer issues with the most recent updates. I’ve read that hotfixes have been released, but my problems are still persisting. I am using a Polono PL60 Thermal Label Printer. Worked like a dream up until I installed the recent update. I’m getting the blue screen of death on my laptop and computer. The error is: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH for win32kfull.sys.

    Even when I unplug the printer from the PC and I click to print I immediately get the blue screen and auto-restart. I’ve downloaded any optional updates I can find and reinstalled the printer driver. I’m not at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
