Windows 10: Blue screen of death

    Problems started when I got a blue screen that said I needed to upgrade my Windows 10 it would not download when you clicked on the help it would do nothing so I would control Escape t o get out of it then all of the sudden I ended up going into a blue screen that said your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart we are collecting some error information and then we'll restart for you and then it went into a blue recovery screen saying your PC couldn't start properly and then it had a code OC X C 0 0 0 0 2 2 5 it said you need recovery tools if you don't have any installation media then use a u.s.b device and then it goes and shuts down when I turn it back on it does the same loop I don't have a backup CD or anything that came with my notebook 15 I'm very computer illiterate so I do not have a clue how to get out of this I can't get into safe mode or anything anybody got any ideas please help if you wish to contact me you can also do so with my email at k a n d i s b i g e l o w *** Email address is removed for privacy *** any help would be greatly appreciated but like I said the fix has to be done by pushing something or whatever on the computer because I have no way to download our go into anything else just those two blue screens
