Windows 10: Blue screen on 20H2 update

I keep getting a 'page fault in nonpaged area' blue screen when trying to update from 2004 to 20H2 feature update.


I've tried in-place reinstall and update, update assistant, troubleshooter, downloading the .msu, different sfc and DISM options, etc etc...


My best guess so far is this update isn't compatible with the version of Intel Management Engine I have 11.7.0.1045 but I am unable to update it installer says updates aren't compatible with my system.


Any ideas?

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
