Windows 10: Blue Screen on Cold Startup; Fine After Restart

Our church has had the following computer for a bit over a year now:https://www.newegg.com/abs-computer-technologies-ala196/p/N82E16883102947We use it to run our livestream. It runs a worship software called Easy Worship as well as vMix and a PTZ camera controller application all simultaneously without any problem. In fact, for a couple of months it worked completely fine all around, but a couple of months in and now for many months we have had a chronic blue screen problem.Basically, the computer is only started on Sunday mornings to run the livestream, and one other day during the week to

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
