Windows 10: Blue Screen on fresh install

Recently I have upgraded to windows 10 from 7. After the initial install I got an IRQL LESS THAN EQUAL bsod. So I tried running Driver verifer, chkdsk, and even memtest to see if those would help point me in the direction of the problem. A few days later I am still having the same problem, so after backing up my important stuff I decided that clean all in DISKPART might be a good idea since some old data might have been causing that blue screen. After the clean all and a fresh install of Windows 10 I got the same bsod again. I. I am struggling to find a solution for this. My system boots and runs windows 10 just fine, I just get random bsod with the same message in a span between a few minutes of use to a few hours. The last bsod I got today 4/9 pointed to the usbxhci.sys as the program that failed.


System specs and problem details listed below. Please let me know if you need more info. I am at a total loss of how to fix this so I am certain I am forgetting something.
