Windows 10: Blue screen, problem with ''kernel-power'' 41 70368744177664,2

Hello community,


Almost a week ago, without installing or updating anything, the computer started to show the blue screen and restarting almost three times per day. It does this even when watching youtube videos and not using any demanding program.


I have tried almost everything, updating drivers, changing fast boot, running cmd to restore the health of the computer... And nothing. My last option is starting windows to zero, but I wan that to be my last option. I will share with you the events history so you have all the information around my issue.


I hope you can tell me where is the problem and how to fix it. It is really annoying to restart the computer everyday three times, it disrupts my workflow as this laptop is my work tool. Thank you in advanced,

I continue to get a blue screen at least once a day due to a kernel-power.

The following details are provided by the event viewer:

Log Name: System

Source: Kernel-Power

Event ID: 41

Level: Critical

User: SYSTEM

OpCode: Info

Task Category: (63)

Keywords: (70368744177664),(2)

I've reinstalled windows twice now, and continue to get the same blue screen.

I've also updated all network and video drivers.

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows

and check if that helps.
