Windows 10: Blue screen sad face error after updating motherboard audio driver...Joshua, I can't get...

Hi,I asked for assistance and got Joshua.he game me a link to connect after I updated the driver.I'm locked out in reboot cycles now and my password is wrong trying to roll back the changes in the advanced repair.I updated my password today.Joshua, are ya still around? or anyone else have any ideas??? I've got a boat anchor right now.
