BLUE SCREEN since auto update... tried everything!

I noticed my computer awakened yesterday with the dreaded Blue Screen. My best guess is that an auto update took place and something went wrong. I powered down and restarted multiple times, always powering back up in blue screen.

In an effort to get things straight and after multiple restarts, I cycled through all of the restore options ie: "uninstall updates" , "restore" and also "reset" to no avail... I thought maybe I could find a way to start in Safe Mode via command prompt seeing as traditional methods b,ut online tutorials were not helpful.

If I can't get this back up and running, my minimal hope is to access explorer somehow safe mode? and retrieve files before more drastic measures are needed. Is safe mode even an option? Looking for a miracle...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Blue Screen since auto update. Searched for online solutions but all have been ineffective...

IE11 Google Toolbar no auto search suggestions, no search history?

Since the last Win 10 update my Google Toolbar won't list any search suggestions as I type and there is no search history listed. The Google tool bar will allow a search, but after a few searches no search history shows and no "clear search" button is listed either.

I have turnd on "Suggest searches as you type", and "store search histroy on my computer" in the Google Toolbar options.

    Any suggestions to fix this?
