    Hello, please help me to fix my sony vaio laptop computer, after the installation of windows update the screen of my computer turn blue and it crash. I’ll try all the solution in microsoft support from safe mode start up repair . Always restarting my laptop, i can’t log in in, only the windows logo showing to the screen, i’m trying to uninstall the last update but i can’t sign in its keep restarting.i’m not an IT expert please help me to solve my problem, i got Windows 10 pro from windows 7 ,8.1 and windows 10 pro.     Stop Code: Critical Process Died

    Hello

    My new surface has been shutting down on it's own at least 5 times a week with a blue screen and saying "Stop Code: Critical Process Died". Can someone please advise what is causing this and how to fix it?

    critical process died oxooooooEF error code I can get to my desktop then with in a few minutes or a single click will kick it to this blue screen ……. critical process died
