Windows 10: BLUE SCREEN STOP CODE WHEA

I have a Dell Inspiron 5560 not yet a year old. While using the computer, it simply stopped working, went to a blue screen and has not recovered. I have tried reloading the OS from the Dell support site and was able to re-image the laptop; but after I installed all the latest updates from Windows, then received a Dell Assistant notification of 5 updates needing to be installed, (which I did), less than an hour later the computer crashed again with the 2 same errors. The WHEA error and 'Machine check exception errors.


I have tried to re-image again to prove it might be the Dell updates causing the issue but it's a brick right now. It will not accept a re-image. Even turning off secure boot. I cannot get it to boot into the WINre either.


Windows 10 Home addition, version 1809 I believe the latest build was 17763.379


Dell support has been of no help for free, they only cover hardware for a year.

I have a hp 2000 with this WHEA stop code it won't stop rebooting so I can do anything I have tried to use a usb driver to reinstall windows 10 but it just keeps going back to the blue screen and rebooting any help is welcome
