Windows 10: Blue screen unique issue unsolved, and unexplained,

my computer blue screens if my mouse isnt constantly moving on screen. And if my mouse doesn't move for more then 2 min, then my computer blue screens. I constantly have to move it to avoid a blue screen. but sometimes it will blue screen when switching between multiple open windows also...I need help on how to fix this...without it costing me a fortune, ($100 or more) I have tried deleting additional non needed apps, unistalling updates/ installing new ones when they posted, uninstalling unneeded programs, unplugging all hrdware and restarting, running tests to see if the health is fine and it is. Me or my tech friends cant figure this issue out, please help...I cant afford a tech to come for $100 an hour I gotta try EVERY way to fix this on my own.

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
