Windows 10: Blue Screen - WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hi, I have been having this problem for some time now. The computer will BSOD several times before becoming functional, and even then running certain applications will BSOD it immediately.


Running Visual Studio 2017 causes this. I expect because it's accessing some hardware or driver where the real problem lies. Additionally if I leave the computer alone for 5 minutes, when I come back it's restarted again from a BSOD. Perhaps from something running in idle mode?


I have run Memory Diagnostic Tool, which said everything was fine.

The computer boots fine into Safe Mode, which is where I end up doing my work until another solution is found. This does make me think it is a driver issue instead of a hardware issue though.


I enabled Driver Verifier, but it doesn't seemed to have done anything. Infact when I had it verifying all drivers, I couldn't start the OS at all in normal mode, and had to disable it again in safe mode. I do think it's a driver issue though so if anyone can help with setting this tool up properly I would be thankful.
