Windows 10: Blue Screen when im downloading game from EpicGames launcher

Hello,first of all please sorry if my gramma is bad,english is not my main language for talking...anyway a week ago ive done new system on computer,ive downloaded Epicgames launcher,Battle.net launcher etc etc...And i wanted to download my games on PC again,everything was fine until i tried to download GTA V for you launcher,every time when Im trying to download some game for exsample GTA V,jurrasic world evolution 2 for lancher,downloading starts and im getting randomly Blue Screen any my Pc restarting,is there a way to solve this problem? First i thought that my drivers on graphic card are

My PC blue screens when downloading games using EPIC games launcher.

I have been battling issues with my Epic Games Launcher downloading games. I haven't changed anything in the system when these issues started occurring. I have followed all of the suggestions from EPIC with no resolution.

When I am downloading games in the launcher, at some point during the install or update process my PC Blue screens.

The timing seems to be random and the errors vary.

Most common:

SYSTEM_TREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (what failed: bcmwl63a.sys)

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Once:

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

I have collected several log files and DX Diag files, and even epic launcher debug logs.

I would love some help to resolve this issue. I don't think it is a HW issue, but at this point I'm willing to retry scandisks, memory checks, etc. which didn't show anything wrong.

I hope someone out there can help me through this.

I am happy to collect any debug logs, dump files, etc.

Can't open game launcher!

Hi! I have just recently downloaded the EpicGames. Upon download I tried to open the launcher, but a message appeared on my screen saying I was missing XINPUT1_3.dll . I don't know if I need to download something else or how to fix the problem. Please
help!

 

Epic Games Launcher crash problem

Try this steps to troubleshoot the issue.

- Click on Start.

- Type Add or Remove Programs and press Enter.

- Locate the Epic Games Launcher and select it.

- Click on Uninstall.

- Once this is done, download the latest installer from epicgames to

install the launcher again.
