Windows 10: Blue Screen Windows crash.

Hello, I recently installed a samsung 970 evo NvMe in my Lenovo Y700 and used samsung's cloning software to transfer the OS to it and free up my 1TB HDD. My problem is that since I have done that, whenever I put my laptop to sleep or wake it up from sleep, sometimes windows crashes with a blue screen and laptop restarts, its very annoying as I have to open all my programs again and all my unsaved work is lost. my specs are, i7-6700HQ, Nvidia GTX 960m, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD+500GB SSD, I have updated all the drivers and everything but I still have this problem. Any help would be appreciated, I have used this laptop for 4+ years and never had such a problem. The blue screen gives the STOP Code:VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. Also, I'm not sure if related or not but my Display has occasionally been flickering, sometimes white lines or multi colored / green lines fill the display only for a split second during normal use but then disappear and laptop functions normally.

I assume from the title of your post Crash/Blue Screen that the PC has crashed and produced a *BSOD=[Blue Screen Of Death] =Blue Screen; and that the PC recovered from this; if and when you see the Blue Screen write the Stop Code down; recover the PC or use one that is working to access the net and look up the Stop Code.

nb: You may be able to view this with a [*BlueScreenView] application, google for this.

Description

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen
of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one
table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the
date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue
screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver
or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file
description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of
the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane.
BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the
crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly
caused the crash.
