Windows 10: Blue screen

The issue appeared after Windows clean installation. Almost immediately after installation I got a BSOD error and tried to reinstall Windows to fix this issue but it didn’t help. Since that moment I’ve kept getting blue screen one in a while. I am able to play games but sometimes a strange sound appears and I receive the Blue screen issue again with a frozen computer. I got an 0x00000bb error code when booting my PC
