Windows 10: Blue Screen!!!

I had my computer's OS upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 just under one month ago. Or maybe it was a downgrade. I'm not sure.

I've had a blue screen suddenly appear four times since then, and was able to re-start my computer each time by disconnecting the power to the computer, and then re-connecting it again. A pain in the a%* for sure. I understand that some people have to take much more intensive measures to obtain a re-start.

I just viewed a YouTube techs clip regarding several ways of dealing with a re-start. I read through the comment's section, and huge numbers of people were complaining that they were experiencing the same issue following a recent upgrade to Windows 10. Based on that, it would appear to me that it's a universal problem brought about by the Windows 10 installation.

I only have only two questions. **** is Microsoft doing about it, so as to give me the supposed improvement in an operating system that I paid good money for? Can anyone answer that?
