Windows 10: Blue screening problem (Happens when playing games sometimes)

    Blue screening problem (Happens when playing games sometimes)


    For about a month now, my computer has been crashing and giving me a bunch of random reasons why.

    I ran a SFC scan and it found a few problems and fixed it but the crashing still consisted.

    So I took the liberty to do one of the tutorials on this website and gathered some information about my system

    Please share the information requested below:

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
