Windows 10: Blue screens - Windows 10

I have been having regular blue screen problems - it says something like "page fault in nonpage area"or words to that effect. I have had a number of help sessions with Microsoft but nothing helps. I have tried to go back to a previous veriosn of Windows but it says there is no previous version. I do not want to reset as my apps will go. I cannot recall any specific installation apart from an automatic Windows update about a month ago. Can someone help please (Windows 10 by the way)
