Windows 10: Blue Shift to bad color pallets when gaming

Apparently, for whatever reasons, certain PC games have a tendency to have this Blue Hue for the entirety of the game to simply having every possible pixel color combination being completely un-understandable. Granted, the Blue Hue games, such as RWBY: Grimm Eclipse & My Time at Portia is an easy fix once I found the application & applied the compatibility treatment. However, Star Wars: Jedi: Fallen Order & Call of Duty WWII doesn’t seem to respond well to this treatment. Game causes computer to blue shift

I found a workaround but not a fix. If i run the game in windowed mode the colors are correct. But as soon as i return to full screen mode they go back to blue shifted. I will keep working at it but that's the best i have for now. Also for what ever reason it isn't changing the color of the rest of my computer anymore.

If you want to clear the pallet, just click on the pallet icon with bubbles in the upper right corner. It is near the color cleaner.

So I was doing a drawing on here and I finally got the colors I needed but I lost them in my pallet due to using a lot of different colors

So now I put the colors I needed on the canvas to save but I want to clean the pallet does anyone know how? Or is it even possible to clean?

Please help!
