Malwarebytes can be reinstalled 1 week after the last BSOD.
The longer the time period to reinstall the software the stronger the cause and effect after a reinstall.
If the reinstall produces a new BSOD then uninstall the software and find alternative AV software.
If the reinstall does not produce a BSOD then continue using the software.

If you do not plan to reinstall the software then create a ticket with Malwarebytes about the incomplete registry un-installation.

    C:\WINDOWS\Minidump does not exist.
    C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP was not found

In the left lower corner type system > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings > under performance > click settings > on performance settings > click the advanced tab > under virtual memory click change > un-check automatically manage paging file size for all drives > place the dot in No paging file > reboot

After the reboot > in the left lower corner type system > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings > under performance > click settings > on performance settings > click the advanced tab > under virtual memory click change > check the box to automatically manage paging file size for all drives

Then open Whocrashed > above analyze click on tools > click crash dump test > type ACCEPT
Click analayze > post an image of the Whocrashed crash dump test into the thread
Run the beta log collector > post a new zip into the thread

I didn't get the Malwarebyte's stuff. Are you saying that I can't reinstall it or if so when can I?

For Malwarebytes did you use control panel to uninstall it and then follow up with the uninstall tool?
In the report that you posted the driver that was causing the BSOD is no longer present so Malwareware bytes is no longer a likely cause of BSOD. Leaving files behind though can be a source of other problems so this is why I suggested creating a ticket for Malwarebytes support.
Ccleaner can be used to clean the registry and many times users will get good results. However we see problems with the registry that end up needing clean install.
So the best options I see now are a Malwarebytes ticket.
If you want to attempt to use Ccleaner after having a Macrium backup image and immediately before the next Windows upgrade that is another option.

Yes uninstall from control panel and then the uninstall tool (no restart in between)

So your saying that Malwareware bytes is/was not the cause of BSOD but I should create a ticket because the uninstall tool didn't work properly?

A malwarebytes driver caused 1 BSOD per the memory dump.
There may be other misbehaving drivers.
Only 1 driver was found misbehaving in the memory dump.

The Malwarebytes support ticket is to report to Malwarebytes that their tool left behind files on the computer and what options are there to completely uninstall the software? Can reinstalling and then uninstalling fix the failure to uninstall or running Ccleaner registry cleaner, or is there another tool that is needed, or will you have to wait to see what happens during the next Windows upgrade, etc. ?

When the group works up the spinning blue circle the residual Malwarbytes could be a confounding factor. So it's best to submit a ticket so that this can be fixed.

    Hi zbook,

Memtest86 has been running for 11.27 hrs, 6.5 passes and 0 errors. Can we call it quits at 7 passes, wasn't expecting it to take so long...

There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made. We had one thread in which it took passes in the 20s to find malfunctioning RAM. So hang in there as best you can so that there are at least 8 passes.

Just curious, what exactly does the spinning wheel mean? Does it mean something is not responding? I was never sure whether it indicated something was loading or something not responding.
